Why do Muslims say inshallah?
The expression inshallah means "if God wills" and is used by Muslims whenever they express their hopes for the future. It serves as a reminder of God's control over the future, as well as mankind's inability to change what is destined.
Strictly speaking, “inshallah” is meant to be used seriously, when you genuinely hope that something will come to pass. But a lot of people use it more liberally, almost like punctuation, or even as a joke. Wajahat Ali, a former host at Al Jazeera America, says he uses “inshallah” at least 40 times a day.
Answer: No, you cannot say this. Saying this is not permissible.
InshaAllah should be used when one is intending to do something. Aameen should be said after a Dua [Supplication].
For Muslims, the term — which translates to “If God wills” — is auspicious: If you want something to happen, you should say inshallah before you say anything else about it. The Quran says as much in its 18th chapter, Surah Al-Kahf.
With Muslim families, you must say "mashallah" with every compliment lest someone think you are jealous and have the evil eye. Whereas in some cultures talismans, such as the popular Turkish Nazar, are used as defence against the eye, in the region it is held that Allah is the only protector against its evil.
The literal meaning of Mashallah is "what God has willed", in the sense of "what God has willed has happened"; it is used to say something good has happened, used in the past tense. Inshallah, literally "if God has willed", is used similarly but to refer to a future event.

If you are committing any sin which you are aware of, then it is best advised to stop committing that sin so that Allah will answer your dua's. We don't know which sin of ours is stopping Allah from accepting our prayers.
